As a Direct Lender, we are actively working with IFA's from all over England, Scotland and Wales and welcome new contacts.
As a niche Lender we fund more than you'd expect. We are particularly good at looking at those cases which fall outside other Lenders criteria – whether it is due to the business sector, nature of the equipment or because it's a start-up. We are frequently asked to fund unusual and specialist assets and are happy to consider clients in Scotland and Wales.
