We remain flexible on our levels of lending to property value for viable propositions. Generally, we restrict exposure to 75% of property value, but, will increase this percentage with the provision of additional security.
Our interest rates start from 1% per month depending on the circumstances. We are pleased to consider profit shares and minimum guaranteed exit fees where appropriate. Our maximum term is up to five years.
